The director jogged over and gave the ant the script. Well, not really. He stepped on the ant in his clumsiness. So, they had to give the lead role to William Shatner instead.

The rest is history. That night, the crew ordered pepperoni pizza and gave some to R2D2. Leia ate it reluctantly, being 90% vegetarian. There was no other food in the fridge.

A protocol droid, who's designation won't be mentioned, left the freezer door open and they woke up in the morning on the planet Hoth. 90% of Leia's vegetarianism was still miffed

that their backstock of veggies were now ruined. They would need to start all over again before they starved. The droid was decommissioned by the vegetarians and a new one put in

to safeguard the transport of new veggies. This droid was programmed in all the proper ways of maintaining vegetarian produce and formerly managed the warehouses of the great

Produce Poobah, until it was discovered that the droid was taking all the rejected produce and feeding it to the poor. The Produce Poobah was livid about this, and sent the droid

on an errand from which it should never return bustling it into a time capsule & sent it to the year 2019. There the socially minded droid with a heart of gold saw that food waste

was now flowing out from wealthy cities as giant tidal waves that periodically reached and fed the hungry mouths of the middle class camping at the perimeter. Some even surfed it.
