But he was going to buy stamps before postal rates went back up. He stood in a queue and carried his own envelopes. The post office no longer stocked them. The queue was so long

that by the time he got there they had sold out. He briefly considered going postal but stamped out that thought. Stamps? He decided to counterfeit the Trump Special Issue Stamp

. It might actually be worth something one day. Recreating The Donald on paper was no easy task, and getting the colors and textures took the most time. His counterfeit stamps

were so life-like that no postal employee wanted to look at them closely enough to see that they were fake. That is the beauty in ugliness. It is almost a protection in some ways.

But ugly is no protection from the blues. Green Avenue Ali was the ugliest cat in the city. But having his own fake stamp is the cat’s pajamas but he ain’t feeling any of that.
