J. Timothy King has some great tips on getting (and receiving) feedback:
- Get a fresh perspective on your writing.
- Feedback must be offered as a means to help the writer improve their writing.
- Sandwich your feedback with the bad and the good.
- Be mindful of who you allow access to your work.
