I love it when a meme comes together.

I miss when folding stories could develop an idea to their full potential. Some seem to think it is acceptable to systematically ignore the idea behind the previous fold & just write whatever pops into your head. This is not collaborative story writing . That not-with-standing, I enjoyed the second part which came together because people did try to make a story out of it.

When I did improv, you had to put your ego aside and support the people around you. Random stuff is fun but taking someone else's stuff and putting your own spin on adds flavor.

In spite of that, the squash farm at the end seemed to re-connect Chaz' brilliant idea for the "Commune!" game. I have done, and taught theatrical improv, too. So much fun! And yes, very important to continue with what you've been handed.
