A Black Cat Darted Eerily From Garage Headquarters.
- A Black Cat Darted Eerily From Garage Headquarters. I J
- eri Curled the cat because I wanted it to be soulful. The cat's
- tail had a particularly strong taste of korma. Actually, it's quite tasty if mixed with a little
- horseradish sauce, and accompanied by sautéed wild dog tongue. And if washed all down with a nice glass of 1997 Merlot De La Maison, then this gastronomical experience is just
- nothing compared to that.
- "Compared to what? How am I supposed to continue the story now?" Raymond was pretty persnickety at party games. Everyone glared at me. Raymond said, "You know the punishment..."
- for ruining the game. You have to run up and down the street naked." I was horrified. "Raymond, I refuse to do that," I said. "Fine, then you're out of folding story and you can't
- come back!" I sat dumbfounded. How could Raymond do this to me? That little pignosed bastard! I reached ino my pocket and pulled out my lucky nickel. It would help when I
- rubbed it and counted to a hundred while at the same time dancing the jitterbug on one leg. After I'd charged my lucky nickel, I was ready for some action. I looked around for Ray
- Ray Ray, jr., who had the wooden nickel which, with my charged nickel, gave our master his power. Little did I know that Ray Ray Ray, jr was with Master Spam Baby, plotting dimes.

... and the story stops on a dime. Just curious; why do folds that kill a developing story get likes?

That's FS. A developing story isn't always obvious on one fold.

I wasn't referring to misinterpreting the previous fold which is part of the fun. I mean when no attempt is made to give any context or connect to the previous fold (which itself has an interesting premise).

It's a challenge isn't it? I like how this story just somehow.... became a story again!

Yeah, when I see one of those folds I feel challenged - and others have the same reaction. There quite a few "two part" stories out there that are very good.
