I wasn't sure how to handle this. Being stuck
- I wasn't sure how to handle this. Being stuck on a class A Kitty Hawk that ran out of plasma had to be serious. The thing was completely dead, except from a voice repeating 'Warnin
- g...Warning...Warning' If that thing shut up maybe I could think back to my Fleet Training course. Hmmm. Plasma's gone. No source of backup power on the class A model. Looks like
- I'd have to crawl through the damn Jeffries tube to fix the damn plasma conduit again. I grabbed my tool. No, no time for that. I headed for the hatch when I heard
- tapping from the outside of the hull. We were in deep space, what could be out there? I peered into the void at a spacesuit. The visor depolarized and I so my own face, frightened.
- I didn't tell the crew. The political officer was already suspicious about my motive for entering this remote sector. But now that I'd seen my clone floating in deep space
- I knew this might be my only chance to be truly self-serving. I prepared a nice salad as my clone thawed in the starship's galley. Never much of a cannibal, but I did wonder
- what I tasted like. Now I could find out without having to chop off and cook one of my appendages. I longingly gazed at my clone with my mouth watering. NO! My clone was for
- the Zorgian flesh offering, but pinky puree was too tempting. I slurped it gone and apologized to my clone. It (I?) then gnawed my lip, thus beginning a race to consume the other.
- My clone and I started eating other until you couldn't tell where he began and I ended and then two snakes slithered by and said, "Wow, well I never. A human Palindrome?
- Well now that is something you don't see everyday!" My clone glared and said,"How about you take a picture, it will last longer!" The snakes then took a picture and left.

Very cool story. Follows nicely, with some puns and twists thrown in for good measure. Recipe for success.

We have a winner and a FS original, a human palindrome.

Here's a funky coincidence: Between the invention of the human palindrome by MoralEnd on the 2/1/2012 and the photographic evidence obtained on 21/10/2012 a doubly palindromic date occured written either 2/10/2012 or 2/10/12 !

It's a doubly palindromic date sandwich! 2/10/2012 & 2/10/12 between slices of 2/1/12 and 21/02/2012. Or, the #3 down at the Universal Nexus Cafe.
