I pretended to pretend that I was pretending

  • I pretended to pretend that I was pretending but I couldn't pretend that I could pretend that well. They all admitted that they had seen me in that state. Why no heads up? Friends
  • Seem to be like jelly beans. Everywhere... but silent. I decided to go on a journey to to stop pretending to pretend badly and to be honest and brave. I asked my friends to tell me
  • the truth, once and for all, about me being the Easter Bunny and, well, being the good friends they were, they did tell me: "Give it up, dude. Just be yourself." Relieved, I
  • made plans to leave town. The Easter Bunny had become half-real, a shared dream. Like all myths, no-one had believed me, but everyone had gone along with the game. It was time to
  • stop pretending. The eggs. The spring rites. The basket. He was a case. For there was also a Wester Bunny. An evil evil Wester he was. At sunset he hid his dasterdly eggs.
  • The Wester Bunny was very tan, ate only organic kale and was distinctly left-leaning. Some said this put him at an advantage over the Easter Bunny, but when they met on Easter Sund
  • , which is a small archipelago off the west coast of Easter Island, approximately three square miles in area and home to the rare Yolkfish, the Wester Bunny pulled out his gun and
  • Said, "I am ready to eat you! " The Yolkfish squirmed and became a blob. Then it became a leaf, confusing the Wester Bunny. The Easter Bunny came running and asked what was he
  • into, white or dark chocolate? The Wester Bunny said either one as long as it had a creamy center. The yolkfish went from maple leaf to pine needles to acorns. A fearless squirrel
  • challenged the Wester Bunny to a showdown. It did not end well for the bunny. He lay on the street, spilling creamy filling into the gutter and wondering if it had been worth it.

This story seems to hold together quite well.

It's the creamy center that does it.
