- There was a man who had a plan, and rode a van across the lan[d].
- The man's plan was to write "free candy" on his van, and donate free candy across the land. But a passerby misunderstood his intention, and called the police so they could detain
- people whom the superiors felt weren't worth having their own unregulated freedom. When the cops approached the Candy Man in the Van he turned it up the music. It was cranking
- a heavy metal version of "Lollipop," that quite frankly drove both the Candy Man and the police insane. With a wild grin he stepped on the gas, bullets bouncing off the kevlar van
- Gogh he kept in the back seat as a shield. That self portraits's impenetrable eyes made bullets melt as they approached, and he sped off, laughing victoriously. Art had saved him
- once again. Art for Crime's sake was his motto. Art Brut's escape vehicle was a wienermobile with Balla-blurred legs. He faded into the sky like a Margritte. "Curses!" said Insp.
- Gadget. He turned to the museum director:"I need to see a photo of the painting Art Brut stole..Wowsers!!! Penny shut your eyes..how is that legal? Go go gadget 'brella."Air chase!
- He did the impossible and flew out the window. He was never seen or heard from again. Dr. Agjxvbjm was called as to how he could morph into a night sparrow. Nobody knew! The
- doctor suggested that they send for this Nobody and compel him to reveal how morphing into a night sparrow was accomplished. Suddenly, none of them knew Nobody. They pretended not
- to have ever known a Nobody, that everyone in their purview had always been a Somebody. "Right," said the Doctor. Nothing left to do but listen to the night.

That could easily have been an episode of Northern Exposure.
