"What the hell?" he thought. Everyone else

  • "What the hell?" he thought. Everyone else was looting from everywhere. The news said it was the end of times and instead of repenting, they were finally getting what they thought
  • they deserved. Department stores were ransacked. Electronics were looted. But what good would such things do in the afterlife? If the news was correct, this was the apocalypse, yet
  • people hungered for worthless "stuff." Never mind that it wasn't built to last. Then trumpets blared in the sky and Jesus appeared. He had an Iphone. What's Jesus' play list he
  • wondered. Phish, of course, and Judas Priest probably. Peter Paul and Mary must be in there over and over. A Carpenter song. Kriss Kross, or is that a sore point for him? Hmmm,
  • can't possibly eat ALL of those bands, he thought glumly. The monster then became very despondent. If it was to gain enough strenghth to rescue it's lady friend, it would have to
  • eat guitars! The man from Mars had tired of cars and bars in a previous verse, so he knew he had to disable the musical capacity of an entire civilization.
  • Vera Lynn played violin & Al Capone loved big trombones. Yep. disabling these musical rhymes was gonna be tough. Bored with his harpsichord, he decided to enlist the help of a
  • musical kelp. Not many people knew that seaweed could be musical, but this kelp played guitar - indeed, this weed played lead. Even the kelp couldn't stop the rhyming, however, and
  • sang "Help! Help! I need somebody." The octopus playing tambourine, bongos, cymbals and snare drum. meddled in with "I'd like to be under the sea". Jason Manatee wearing a hawaiian
  • shirt was all too normal, it did a great job of covering the glock he stored in the waist of his pants. *Boom!* One bullet lodged itself in between the octopus's eyes. It was over.

Detective Jason Manatee doesn't let musical kelp distract him from taking out the Boss of the Underworld "The Octopus".
