  • The air was stale and heavy. Despite the curse, the man pulled the tomb's lid off. A mummy. The images warned of evil. Writing covered the wrapping, as he looked closer, the folds
  • of bandages were covered in hieroglyphs. The archaeologist leaned down to take a closer look when the maggots attacked. They crawled into his ears and nose. Suddenly, Jones
  • just decided to relax & let the maggots crawl inside. After all, these were ancient maggots, the very same maggots who fed on the flesh on Egyptian kings! Jones thought he might
  • gain residual memories of ancient Egypt from the brain-eating maggots if he'd let them feed. So he lay there & waited. Slowly, the image of a golden calf appeared behind his eyes.
  • As the mummy's maggots continued to feed on his brain he realized the memories were from a man whose staff parted the red sea and turned to snakes. A man who defied the Pharoah.
  • A man who led the Lord's people out of Egypt, who wandered in the desert for forty years. The maggot-eaten man was none other than Exodus's Moses, and he had returned from the dead
  • Only to annihilate The Warlocks. They vowed revenge and got it on October 20th, some three years later. The Culture Czar was not amused. He despised the Grateful Dead and their ilk
  • & he had made an unholy pact with Hedon'tknowwho that he was going to avenge The Warlocks even if it, hopefully, meant Jerry Garcia's balls on a stick, smothered in butter over an
  • -chovied rice. The Warlocks ate it all and demanded more, but there were no more Jerry Garcia balls left, so they proceeded to order dessert, butterscotch Grace Slick over frozen
  • Disney characters on ice. Seven dwarves arrived at the scene to help free them with chisels and picks. Olaf handed out free snowballs, and the Warlocks went home happy after all.

I just tried to order butterscotch Grace Slick over frozen Disney characters on ice, but they were all out of that, too. I'm glad that the Warlocks are happy, at least. Big pigs.
