At the end of a long and winding road, there

  • At the end of a long and winding road, there was a run down shack of a house. I had been walking for days with no sign of anyone. I needed food and water. Where had everyone
  • gone? It was like every single human being had simply vanished without any word of warning. The shack was the first sign of civilization I had seen in weeks.
  • But the shack was dark, with the faint light casting irregular shadows on its surface. I approached it hesitantly, gripping a dagger in my right hand. I heard the snap of a branch
  • somewhere in the gloom ahead. I paused, my eyes raking through the darkness for the slightest hint of movement. Nothing. I held the dagger before me and crept towards the shack.
  • A sudden wind blew open a corral gate but it’s moon shadow didn’t move. I stopped and glared in The darkness to see only different shades of shadows. The elvish dagger grew cold in
  • my hand as I waited, bored and cold for the feckin' shadows to quit screwing around and become something...stabbable. I sat miserable in the dark, I had this cool dagger, I was
  • a notorious serial killer..what more could a man want? Yet I felt incomplete, somehow. A rustle from betwixt the shadows alerted my attention.Twas a she, also keen to slay innocent
  • angels. What has become of the world. It was probably Justin Beiber's fault. But enough of that, she was getting ready to attack. I started to slowly crawl from my hiding spot behi
  • -nd my own eyeballs. From there I oozed out of my ear and seeped into the netherworld between the dimensions, hoping that neither angel or demon would look for me there. But there
  • I bubbled & festered for eternity. So I re-entered my body, which had traveled back in time & had been mummified by Egyptians. They rejoiced when I rose from the dead. "It worked!"
