  • tesselating in the clouds, like Escher in Hell. The skeletal mariachi band expanded and shrunk, the Japanese schoolgirl transformed into a devil-nun, and the lake swirled like
  • A cup of yogurt with fruits in it. The devil-nun wore a Darth Vader costume year round. This was deliberate. Her meat cleaver always went with her. Escher continued drawing fish.
  • The devil-nun continued to fillet these fish and together they had a pretty good little business going, even though customers were a bit put off by her heavy breathing apparatus
  • and tiny, infantile hands. Being a devil-nun, her ability to breath hell-fire proved useful in making fish fillets, but customers were often put off by her appearance.
