Where I come from children would never dare go to the old fountain and say the name "Kindlifresserbrunnen" three times. Children wouldn't even whisper the name of this child eating

monster. The thought of him made the children cringe even though they'd only heard stories of what he'd done.

He consumed their dreams. As their little pillowed heads tried to think of pirates and princesses, he painted their minds with blood and fear. They awoke in their beds...

out of the closet. Hannah had been wondering where there parents were. Her sister Gabby grabbed the nearest thing and swung around with it. The toothbrush stuck in her mom's

eye socket, even though she'd been aiming for the kisser. /squish/ The electric toothbrush kept rotating and buzzing, even as it hung halfway out of her mom's mouth. /Nnnggh/

In a sudden burst of brute strength, her mother snapped and threw her stumbling backwards out of the bathroom window, breaking glass and bone. She had crossed the bridge from

anger to insanity. The voices wouldn't stop; the people she had known and loved for years no longer looked like people anymore. Grotesque, stretched, mocking faces stared at her

face. They laughed, she felt worthless and useless. And she decided to kill herself, I mean, her life sucks anyway, so why not?.... Everyone, had somehow become monsters.
