I think David Bradley (who played Argus Filch) could pull off a convincing First Doctor (as in Doctor Who).

Do you mean a First Doctor in the sense that the First Doctor somehow ages yet time travels to the current day Doctor and speaks with him, reminding him of "Remember when you were me? Things were different then... there was more honor and less electronics in this world. It was nice.""

I mean a First Doctor in he could be dressed up like him and pull off his lovable cantankerousness easily, possibly. Richard Hurndall got called in for the Five Doctors after William Hartnell's passing. I'm curious to see David Bradley's take on it (if he had any inclination, obviously).

Little did I know that David Bradley is reported to actually play the First Doctor, or perhaps William Hartnell playing the First Doctor, in a BBC docu-drama about the formative years of Doctor Who, or something to that effect. That's the impression I got from reading up on it, anyway. Seems like it's still in its own formative stages.
