Whiplash handed him his resume. It said his skills were: foreclosure, saw mills, tying women to tracks. Mr. Dursby pointed to the last item. "More of a hobby." sneered Snidley.

Whiplash chose to ignore the insinuation and instead got the short length of knotted cord he always kept in his pocket. He began reciting the types of restraint he could tie.

His favorite knot was the "Wrap-Nell-Around-A-Railroad-Track" knot, which he employed as the cargo-loaded 9:45 train approached. Snidley twirled his 'stache in delight as the train

approached. What he didn't know was that Chrissy had been attending Houdini's workshops. Fortunately, Snidley didn't hang around to see what the train had left of her. But Chrissy

loitered till the screeching train was inches away before she passed through the tracks into the ground below, and waited patiently until the train moved on. "Oh, Snidely!" Chrissy

shouted. Snidely was "trainspotting." "Shhh, not now Chrissy, I see a Belchmont Coal Locomo---oh never mind that's just another Carchner Electric train." Chrissy hated the trains "

her giant chest full of all her worldly possessions. Fortunately she was able to continually find men to help her carry it, and nobody asked about her apparent homelessness.

If only they had thought to, the murder of the Lord Tumbleton would have been solved much, much faster. Or at least we can only suspect. This was my first unsolved investigation.
