  • ness erupted from his brown eyes, trickled down his cheeks, & plopped onto the cashier's fingers as she extended his $2.13 in change. Embarrassed, he glanced up. Annie!
  • "Sorry, Hon," she said as she dropped the change into hand, "but my name's Inez. Now move along, I have other customers." He clutched the $2.13 and stared in disbelief at her.
  • The 3rd guy in line had no compunction about elbowing him away from the "business" portion of the register counter. "Yeah, dude, take your $2.13 and let Inez do her job", his elbow
  • said, with a strange sudden pair of speaking lips. Everyone gasped. "Aw dont be so shocked, that elbows just sayn wut we're all thinking!" ...said his neck. Thus began the horror.

    I blame it on the antidepressants Judd started to take when he lost Annie. Side effects! Poor guy...
