“Yum!” exclaimed Al. “There’s nothing like a fudgsicle!” Ed lost his composure and laughed. “Al, that’s not a fudgsicle you’re licking!” Al looked at Ed incredulously. “No, that’s

a fire hydrant wrapped in Christmas lights & barbed wire!" Al began laughing hysterically as the room filled with toxic gas. "Ed!" he said, vision blurring, "This is a fudgscicle!"

Al twirled in circles, arms flailing as the blue gas encapsulated him. A green elephant whispered in his ear "Convince him it's a Fudgesicle!" Ed, meanwhile, muttered incoherently.

Not so incoherently though that we couldn't get the gist of his incoherence.He was mad at the fudgepackers. He didn't care if they identified as fudgesicles, or fudgegurt, or fudge

-oh whatever! Fudge them!" He yelled. "Whoa. Calm down dude. That's not cool." His friend spoke up, coming in close to calm his friend. "You know you aren't supposed to say that."

His other friend joined in. "Yeah. You never know what flavor of fudge you might offend talking like that." He sighed. "You're right. I'll go apologize to the fudge." He walked out

of the bathroom and made his way back to the candy shop floor. Children were milling about, knocking over packs of candy cigarettes. By the time he made it to the marble table he

barely had enough strength to move, as he slumped over the bowl of M&M's that had been laid out for him. No, he didn't feel good, not at all... should... probably... figure that

out. It wasn't her fault that he couldn't eat more than one mini M&M before his stomach exploded, she didn't know. Probably would've been good if he'd figured to tell her first but

the situation didn't allow it. He had to win her over in order for her to drive him to his sister. He needed to impress her with his ability to devour all the roadhouse desserts.
