  • 'Well, its about time,' she thought as the plane finally pulled away from the gate. The pilot came on to announce that,
  • "we are number three for take-off, will make up the time and arrive at Gowen Field in Boise on schedule."
  • Boise? Boise? That can't be right. I looked out the window as we pulled away from the terminal. I jumped up and said
  • "Stop the plane, I'm having a baby!!!" But it was too late, the hijackers didn't speak English. This was going to be a
  • rough flight. Not at all what I needed today. Foreign speaking hijackers, a lady about to give birth, my head is aching, what next?
  • What next, why did I ask. I got into the cab only to find the driver was a buxom redhead with a propensity for driving fast and driving men
  • to the edge of sanity. I couldn't help it. What I did next astounded even me. I reached over the seat and
  • found the sandwich I was keeping for times like these. It's not easy to drive when you're folded over into the back seat, but I managed with unaccustomed
  • dexterity. in this new century car manufacturers had understood people want to actually drive in a reclining state and had adjusted the pedals and steering columns. So I ate
  • the jalopenas right out of the jar. Folks were somewhat confounded by my ability to down one after another with nary a reaction. But then again that is what me me who I am. Amen.
