Ano-"dont"-iglanis? Ano-"DO"-iglanis! (If you get my meaning.) Why spawn with the trout all day when you can slum down here with us catfish and rub feelers?

Finn was also a 'feeler' - a frisky fish & a fan of musicals, especially South Pacific. He loved to swim upstream and sing, 'Salmon chanted evening, you will meet a strangerrr!'
7 -
Finn went to musicals by himself.

He bought tickets when he was depressed, to have something to anticipate. Musical theater always lifted his spirits. One night he was not alone. She sat beside him, smiling as if

at a secret joke about him, which she would never tell. "What is it!" He demanded, poking her in the arm. "What is what?" She replied, poking him back & smiling more infuriatingly.

And just like that, he deflated into nothing but a shriveled lump of rubber at her feet. "I...I'm sorry!" She cried, flustered, shocked, afraid. She looked around. No one saw, so

she cried louder. Surely, a gallant Michelin executive would totter on by to inquire as to the nature of the deceased, and just maybe her "discovery" would lead to

another man stealing her idea and take all credit for the next 50 years, if she's lucky.

Or she could instead up be unlucky, have her idea stolen by another woman who later feels remorse, and decides to pity her in public, a now homeless and destitute victim of fraud.

Man, what a sad love story! Salmon-chanted evening, he DID meet a stranger, and all he could do was melt into slag.

I now realize my fold is inspired by a French woman I met 24 years ago under unusual circumstances I won't mention. This adds an aura of mystery to my anecdote. We played Monopoly with another fellow to pass the time. All three of us were depressed. After awhile she began giggling. She had stolen money from the bank. We all began to cheat - moving our tokens, moving houses, taking money and properties. We were laughing hysterically, tears streaming, sides aching. One day, smiling infuriatingly, she stuck her hand in the pool table corner pocket as I was trying to make the eight ball in, a long straight shot which required back spin to avoid sinking the cue ball. I would make a threatening thrust of the stick, she would yank out her hand, then re-insert it. Finally I made the shot with an impulsive and unnecessary violence. She didn't remove her hand in time and I bruised her. She didn't blame me. I blamed myself. I still think of her at times.

Once a friend and I wanted to cheat at monopoly, so we concocted an elaborate scheme with hidden pockets under the table for stashes of cash and similar items. Then for lack of less culpable victims we invited my younger brother and his friend to play. We were then frustrated at how easy it was .
