I closed my eyes and it felt like nothing had changed at all.

Then I opened my eyes again, then closed them again, trying again. Nope. No difference. Then the horror hit me. I must have lost my eyelids. Or maybe...they were stolen.

Oh wait, I'd just forgotten to turn on the light. Reaching out in the dark, I flipped the cellar light switch and was immediately rewarded with a comforting view of the dungeon.

Then a growl. I was either hungry or on the verge of birthing a were-freak. I felt the kicking of paws with sharp claws. Of all the dungeons to have a moon roof, why this one?

No use crying over spilled milk. I contracted my guts to birth the were-freak. I pushed real hard and then belched. I guess I am just hungry after all. I pounded on the dungeon

which was unfortunate because he had just said, "You enter the Great Hall of the Witchmaster." Katie dropped the dice & screamed when the floor became two vaultlike doors which ope

ned inward. Katie was pinned against a wall. The dice were out of reach and had come out 'snake eyes'. The Witchmaster laughed at her unfortunate luck, which figures.
