Say what you will but I have never met a bad idea I didn’t like.
6 -
There's something enticing about a idiotic idea, a strange allure.

Quick! Quick! Write it down in your journal before it gets away! So far I have trapped 300 dumb ideas to paper. I hope they will stew and develop a real whopper. Why do I do it?

Flashback: You remember your grandmother, dragging herself from where the wheelchair had deposited her on the rocks where it had flung her. She was racing against the tide that was
5 -
beginning to lap at her ankles. The storm was coming in and the waves grew more violent, turning the ocean white with foam. Your grandmother clawed her way up the sandy beach,
6 -
cackling:"I know I left my glasses here SOMEWHERE!" "Grandma," you urge "this is a TSUNAMI!We don't need your &$%#* glasses now!" "But I won't be able to watch GOT! I've not missed
5 -
an episode yet!" yelled Grandma as she sprinted up the hill to safety with her old Magnavox. I sure hope I have her genes. From there I watched the tsunami as it swelled, then
5 -
it crashed on the shore. People were screaming as hundreds were dragged away in the water and countless buildings were destroyed. As I nearly got hit by an umbrella, I saw Grandma.
4 -
She was laughing maniacally, staring at the people struggling desperately to keep their heads above water. "Grandma!" I shouted to her but she was watching the people drown.
6 -
It wasn't long before everyone was gone, the only evidence of what had happened,a stray pink bikini top. "Serves 'em all right for what they did!" Grandma cackled. I simply fainted.

I guess the dumb idea was not to have flung grandma into the surf when I had the chance.

It looks like the wheelchair had the same notion.

What notion? It just wanted to see the ocean but the momentum from grandma's weight on that incline was more than she could handle with her arthritis.

Damn, Grandma's a stone-cold bitty.
