The TV blared so loudly that he could barely make out the sounds from next door, but he knew his neighbors
1 -
were only playing a game of parchesi. But even that was too much for him. Hearing even the slightest roll of the dice
2 -
got him thinking about the smell of The Mirage. It had been 6 months since he stopped gambling and confronted his
2 -
demons. Sat at the end seat at the Pai Gow table, thrusting out his bills. Sweating the outcome he starts to panic.
1 -
Running purely on instinct now, he reverts to one of his earliest and most successful gambling techniques, "Go fish."
2 -
After 45 minutes he wins and is given a place to stay. Luckily he brought a pillow along with his cards. However,
1 -
the floor was covered with old stale vomit and other unidentifiable stains. Taking his pillow and card, he went to
1 -
the garden and lay down under the beautiful Oak tree, surrounded by the sweet smell of spring flowers. Little did he
2 -
know that he was actually allergic to flowers. It was only a matter of time before he would have to
1 -
grab tissues to stick up his nose. God forbid the pollen get up in there. He wasn't even that worried about it. He had
1 -
those little butterfly bandaids to hold his nostrils open at night, anyway. They kept him from annoying his partner as
1 -
he snored through the night.
0 -
All the other passengers on the airplane began to prepare for his early departure. "Open the cabin door!"
1 -
They were all prepared to jump out because there were snakes on the plain.
0 -
Sam Jack, the landlord of the plain littered with writhing, angry snakes, leaned out the window. He screamed:
2 -
get off my lawn you fucking hooligans! He proceeded to load up his Remington 870 and shoot indiscriminately
2 -
out into the neighborhood, mouthing obcenities all the while. Never once noticing that
0 -
the fish seemed kind of odd, like there was some sort of
3 -
fungus infesting it. He wasn't sure what to do with it , so he
1 -
gnawed on the accursed fungus. Due to his blindness, he failed. He wasn't gnawing at the fungus, or even remotely close to it. Instead, he chewed through his mute brother's arm.
