  • did they see me, for you see, these sailors were blind, which is why they were hanging around the river's edge and not guiding a boat down it's waters. Their eyeballs had petrified

  • Long ago when they first laid eyes on the colossus that was slowly rising from the river. It was bigger than anything which could have been in such shallow waters.
