The wind whistled outside and the trees snapped

The wind whistled outside and the trees snapped under the weight of the frozen ice on the branches. The power was out, the roads were closed, and there was no food. What to do?

I better run. Run quickly. I sure do hope a tree branch doesn't fall on my head. Off I go, running through the woods to get to my grandmother's house.

While running I hear a slight crumble of the leaves behind me. I turn around. but there's no one there. The hairs on my neck rise.

Much to my surprise, my pet dragon had followed me from home. I scolded him for scaring me so badly!

As soon as I scolded him the poor thing ran away from me and I have not been able to find my poor pet dragon.

Dragons are cool. Probably shouldnt have hit it!

Dragon Ole Dragon!!!! Why did I hit you!!!

I don't know why you hit me but you better not hit me again.
