Teddy scuttled down the stairs Christmas morning, his hearts full of excitement & joy. What he found under the tree, however, made this the WORST Christmas EVER!

what the commotion was about. They were aghast at the wrecked gifts. But where was the tree? The tinsel? The trappings? Where was the roast beast? The ice box was empty!

Det. Manatee smashed through the door and burst into the room. Waving an angry finger, he shouted "A Christmas crime!" Little Cindy Lou Who pointed at the tip of the tree sticking

into the open chest of a dead Barrista. The Christmas tree was coated in blood and the angel was lodged in the Barrista's mouth. Det. Manatee pulled Little Cindy Lou aside and said

"You say 'Santa' took your tree for repairs. Is this your tree?" Cindy Lou who was no more than 2 looked up at Det Manatee & said,"I bet it was the Grinch. He hated the Barrista!"

Manatee led Cindy Lou to the line up of usual suspects. "That's him! I can tell that scowl anywhere!" Oscar the Grouch was led out in irons.

"SCRAM!" Chains rattled. His green fur was disheveled, & his 5 o'clock shadow was pressing on the last drink call. Manatee shone a bright light on him. "Did ya do it, Oscar boy?"

"Yes," Said Oscar. "I did it! The terrible deed that yourself did not want to do." Oscar looked at the clock ticking away, his eye zoning out. That's when
