a sound save for its squeaky wheels. "Somebody fix that!" The men sitting around the smoky room glared at the man being interrogated. Ed was close to cracking.

The interrogator punched Ed hard and he cracked, from the top of his head to his navel. The truth came gushing out. "Scoop up some of that gunk, kid!" "I can't handle the truth!"
