And when your mind clicks with the truth, all you can do is steep your tea leaves in your tears and wonder, "How much time is really left for me here on this dismal rock?" Not long

after you came nose to nose with the reality that wonder didn't fill your belly as much as a dumpling dipped in hot mustard. But wonder and new knowledge now inform your decisions.

Now you wonder whether or not it was a wise idea to put such hot mustard on your dumpling. Now your belly is on fire, not to mention your dumpling. Where is the Pepto Bismol, and

, to lock in the flavour. But, personally, I wouldn't spice your dumplings with yellow or spicy brown mustard. I suggest adding some smoked paprika, a touch of cayenne pepper, and

squeezing the juice of three limes over them. That is the taste of victory
