Wow, is that a bug? I was checking out the finished stories and new comments for FS in my e-mail. I had this finished story in one tab, and a different one in another tab. I had to log on to comment on the other story, but when I did, I was taken to this tab. I wonder if it has something to do with making sure people are only adding to one story at a time, but these were both finished.

Could be. I've had FS prevent me from adding to a story because it says I am adding to another one, but I've already closed the tab I was using to add to the other story. I guess the browser didn't pass on the information to the FS site. Sometimes I have to delete cookies or close the browser to add to a story. It happens very rarely though...

GreenBanana, after you log in, you're taken to the most recent page you visited, instead of always bringing you to the same place, like the home page. What probably happened is that you had visited the other story first in one browser tab and then this story in another tab. So when you logged in, you were brought to this story. This is intended to be a helpful feature, but in this scenario it obviously wasn't.

Makes sense. I should just try to focus on one thing at a time. My mind usually wanders. No biggie! :3
